Hi Potential New Members!! I am Ashley Uhl and I am the Membership Vice President of the Epsilon Lambda chapter of Alpha Xi Delta. Going through sorority recruitment is an exhilarating and rewarding experience. My sisters of Alpha Xi Delta and I welcome you with open arms as you begin this new journey!!Sorority recruitment is more than a college experience, it’s a lifelong sisterhood. This will help you grow as a person, take on new roles you may have never imagined, and talk to people you may have never meant. Here, in our sisterhood, you will create lifelong friendships with women all trying to “realize their potential”! Alpha Xi Delta has allowed me to flourish into a woman that I am proud to be! I would not be who I am now, as strong as I am now, and as filled with love as I am now without all my sisters. I’m thankful for this sisterhood and all the support they have shown me. One of the many proud opportunities that our sorority provides is our service towards the Kindly Hearts Initiative. The purpose of the Kindly Hearts Initiative is to support children and teens experiencing foster care and homelessness. Alpha Xi Delta strives to host events like Xingo and XiMan where all donations go towards our local impact organization, Homefront. Our philanthropy we hold close to our hearts, and love showing others how we are able to make a difference. We hope, no matter where you end up, you find a chapter that you can call a home. Where this place aligns with who are now and who you want to be in the future. Although recruitment may seem intimidating, keep an open mind for the endless opportunities that will be presented to you.
